Happy Now, Kamber?

I've been meaning to blog for the longest time, but unfortunately I am a big fat loser, and my life just isn't that blog-worthy. Nevertheless, Kamber keeps pestering me for more updates, and who am I to deny her? We celebrities must respond to the relentless demands of our adoring public before that adoring public starts to adore someone else. Sigh. Only Britney Spears can truly relate.

So yeah, I ain't been up to much. See for yourself:

I've been hangin' out with my dad,

watchin' baseball.

When I'm not at work,

making wedding cakes,

I spend most of my time playing games with my peeps.

Oh! And I got my eyebrows waxed...

...and got a pedicure.

I also went to a Jay-Z concert a couple of weeks ago

with my friends Carrie and Sara.

And I just got back from visiting the Buchanans, which was awesome and deserves a blog post all of its own. Stay tuned.

So that's about it, y'all. If anyone has any blog ideas, by all means, send them my way. I'm suffering from some major blogger's block.

I love that picture of your eyes. And can I say how I wish I could cook in your work kitchen? I mean, look at that mixer! And the rows and rows of cooking gadgets...sigh. Maybe one day. Can't wait to read about your adventures with the Buchanans. It's my turn next! We still don't have our assignment. Hopefully tomorrow. The Air Force is about to have a crazy pregnant woman who NEEDS to know where she is going to deliver her baby on their a$$ if they don't get it in gear!!

How about a post on pie, for crying out loud? Isn't National Pie Week in November? I distinctly remember you making us celebrate it in college, but I may not actually remember what season it was.

And don't write about how much you hate making pies for other people at Thanksgiving time (although it was funny last year). Think back to the good old days when you made pies just for the love of it, and blog about that. Those of us who don't live close enough to you to go buy a pie from your bakery would like a little inspiration.

There's my two cents. You're welcome.

Wow. And to think, I stopped checking for several days while this delectable gem of a post was just sitting here waiting to be devoured.

THAAAAAANK YOU! Finally. Seriously, those eyebrows are Uh-mazing! I'm having facial envy now. so cool.

And missing Rex. He and Samantha really bonded this summer, remember?

And that CAKE!?! Wow! What a cake. You really should write about the cakes you make. Just seeing pictures seems like an indulgence.

Buchanans. I just read Alicia's glowing review. As expected, I'm feeling sad to miss the party. But it looks like tons of fun for y'all! Can't wait for your picts and food reviews... Maddox? Gotta hear what you thought.
